Materials for the Tutorial

The presentation that will happen on Thursday 9th of October will explore the following three toolboxes:

HOI, presented by Matte
XGI, presented by Leo
hypergraphx, presented by Leo

We encourage participants to install these toolboxes in their computers before the tutorial, so that they can follow the presentation more easily. The installation instructions can be found in the respective GitHub repositories.

Materials for the Hackathon

During the hackathon, participants can create three different groups to analyse different research questions. For the brain project you can find the data and analysis scripts (to be continued in the tutorial) in the GitHub repository.
